I'm Delwar Hossain, a entrepreneur | building autonomous workforce who turns complex product ideas into software people actually enjoy using. Over the past five years I've worked across healthcare, education, real estate and fintech — from the first database sketch all the way to production deployment.
My day-to-day sits at the intersection of clean architecture and shipping velocity: designing APIs that stay maintainable, building interfaces that feel fast, and setting up the cloud infrastructure that keeps everything running. I've also led teams of six to seven engineers, which taught me that clear communication ships more features than clever code ever will.
When I'm not building, you'll usually find me solving algorithm problems, exploring what's new in AI tooling, or writing about the lessons I pick up along the way.
